AXA Retail Intermediary are delighted to announce the launch of online Motor Claims. Not only that, we’ve enhanced our online Home claims proposition so our customers can now register claims in a way that suits them best.

Our claims transformation has continued to evolve and with technology being supported by data and analytics, it’s a real enhancement to our customer journey for brokers and customers alike.

• Online Claims will enable the broker or customer, to log a claim online, 24/7 at a time that’s convenient.
• For Motor claims you can claim for 95% of incidents via this method.
• For Home, you can register for Theft, Escape of Water, Flood, Storm, Accidental Damage and Accidental Loss claims all online.
• The broker or the customer can save the claim at any time, but once completed, just click submit and the claim comes to us at AXA.
• Automatically given a claim reference number.
• Super quick and easy to use.

Picking up the phone is still available, but this makes accessing us when it suits our brokers and customers, much easier.
