No, you’ll log in to AXA Business Risk (ABR) as usual (directly or via imarket). When you request a quote for a digital product you’ll be automatically routed to the AXA Extranet.
All policy documents for the digital products will be available instantly in PDF format. Policy wordings will be available to download from the Extranet, or via your software house. Alternatively, you can find them in the Stationery area.
In order to process a cancellation, please email us with the policy number, client’s name and reason for cancellation. Within 5 working days you will receive a cancellation letter detailing the return premium. Our cancellation condition can be found within policy wordings, which are accessible by navigating to the correct product page listed at the top of this page.
No, if you want cover under the digital product for an existing risk, it’ll need to be replaced as a new policy. You’ll still be able to renew the old policy if preferred.
If you don’t accept the policy renewal online ahead of its expiry date, the policy will not automatically renew and will lapse, which may leave your clients without cover.
Yes, you’re able to make any changes yourself by logging into the Extranet. Documents will be available instantly in PDF format.

In exactly the same way you do for your other AXA products, complete a direct debit form with your client and then send through to AXA. Make sure your Connect eTrade policy number is included on the direct debit.
The rate is your standard instalment interest rate.
The instalment option will remain at renewal and we will collect the new premium from the existing direct debit.
