Robust

ROBUST is a software program that helps create and manage an effective Business Continuity plan for businesses, providing essential on-the-spot advice immediately following an incident.

Why use ROBUST?

ROBUST enables your clients to put in place a more detailed and manageable Business Continuity plan free of charge. AXA has co-funded the development of this tool as supported by the Fire Protection Association (FPA) and RISC Authority. ROBUST is also designed to specifically address the hurdles which have been identified as preventing companies from continuity planning

As an extension to your AXA Risk Management services, we are pleased to offer you a range of business resilience services provided by rradar ltd (a specialist legal services provider for AXA).

How can we help?

This service is open to policyholders where AXA have undertaken a site survey for property, liability or motor.

The services provided by rradar include 40 online guidance modules and templates, plus 30 minutes of free legal advice via telephone on the topics.

This will help you to better control key areas of your business and improve your risk management processes.


How to access

Simply self-register at www.surveyoffer.co.uk submitting your:

  • Contact name
  • Business name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Main risk address postcode

Following successful registration, you will be sent an email containing a personalised link from rradar to access these risk guidance modules and also telephone support services.
