Our Management Liability Policy (MLP) is about proactively helping our clients manage their people, contracts, premises and data, empowering them to confidently identify the risks and vulnerabilities that could cause them difficulties - and should claims arise, providing protection against them.
Unique to the AXA MLP is access to rradar, a specialist litigation and commercial law firm. rradar offers a wide range of proactive services under the policy to manage and support policyholders through any business issues they may face.
Our guide is designed to highlight the key risks to UK businesses, charities and residential management associations.
It was specifically produced for insurance brokers and explores industry-specific threats and the increasing need for effective and proactive risk management procedures and comprehensive cover.
Policyholders have access to rradar’s advice and help to limit the effect of legal issues and even potentially prevent a claim from developing in the first place. If a claim does arise, then the transition from proactive advice to representation is seamless.
As a full-service law firm, rradar has the skills and knowledge to advise and represent policyholders across a wide range of areas of expertise including:
For more information on rradar benefits under the AXA MLP, visit rradar's website:
For policyholders to access the rradar services under the MLP they must first register for a rradar account so their policy details can be verified. To do this, you should send the policyholders details along with all relevant policy details and their email address to contactus@rradar.com. You can also set up a workflow within Acturis to automate this process.
If you need support with registration or engagement with rradar services, both the AXA and rradar teams are happy to set up any training, webinars, or information sessions.
